All Around

Boys and girls are placed in 55 minute classes based on a combination of age and ability. Proper class placement ensures students are challenged. Girls train on the following Olympic apparatus: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor.

Boys train on the following Olympic apparatus: Vault, Horizontal Bar, Parallel Bar, Pommel Horse, Rings and Floor.

All students rotate to Trampoline and Foam Pit. Classes for ages 5 and up
