Competitive Programming

COMPETITIVE GYMNASTICS:  Participation on team at J&R Gymnastics is by invitation only.  Students who demonstrate superior focus, desire and work ethic in class programming will be invited to consider becoming part of the team system.  A student must be 6 years old in order to be a candidate for team.  Programming for team covers introductory through USA Gymnastics Level 8 sanctioned routines.  All three locations of J&R Gymnastics host a level 3 team.  Our more advanced team members (USAG 4-7) all train in New Braunfels. ALL-STAR CHEERLEADING: J&R Gymnastics is very proud of our award winning all-star cheer program.  At every level our "Wildcats" are hard working and exemplify the positve results of teamwork. J&R gymnastics has a squad for anyone desiring to excel in all-star cheerleading whether a young beginner being part of a show team or older advanced tumbler we have a squad to fit.  Join via Spring try-out or by invitation.
