Open Gym

These 1 1/2 sessions provide students age 6+ to come into the gym for a, coach supervised, self directed workout time.  Athletes maywork completely independently or ask coaches for help with specific skills or apparatus.  A great way to get additonal time on favored equipment and/or to work on areas that need the most improvement.  Look to events page for dates and times.
