Rebekah Zook

Gymnastics Coach

Rebekah has coached 9 years with J&R and is a USAG Pre Member, USAG safety certified, and ITP1 & ITP Boys qualified. From age 3 to 15 Rebekah participated in gymnastics and competed to Level 8. As a freshman in college she was apart of the Texas State Gymnastics Club. Rebekah also got the opportunity to participate in the 1999 World Gymnestrada in Goetburg, Sweden. Now, Rebekah is a Texas State University Alumni with a Bachelor of Exercies and Sport Science. Rebekah believes gymnastics is an amazing sport with the unique potential to prepare children for any other sport and build self-confidence and self-disipline. She also says she loves being a part of a child's growth in a sport that has so much to offer.
